Set the Background Content to &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/beheydt.be\/en\/a-sunday-afternoon-flower-photoshoot\/\">Background Color<\/a>&#8220;, which<br \/>\nstandard is black.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3628\" src=\"https:\/\/beheydt.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/ps1-300x208.jpg\" alt=\"Creating reusable borders in Photoshop\" width=\"300\" height=\"208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beheydt.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/ps1-300x208.jpg 300w, https:\/\/beheydt.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/ps1.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then click the ok button, and you should get a nice black image, as shown above behind the<br \/>\ndialog box.<\/p>\n<h2>Creating the border<\/h2>\n<p>Now select a pen or stamp of your liking, set the foreground color to white, and draw<br \/>\nyour border.
